About NLCE
The company
Noel Lawler Consulting Engineers was established in 1980 by Noel Lawler an honours graduate of NUI in Electrical Engineering. Before establishing the practice Noel gained 17 years experience in the industry with H.A.O’Neills and Mahon & McPhilips Ltd. Over the next 25 years Noel Lawler Consulting Engineers established themselves as a highly respected M&E Consultancy with a wealth of expertise. In 2005 the senior staff; Daniel Ring, Jason Smith and Jonathan Culleton became directors within the practice. The new directors have since become the driving force, projecting the Practice into a new era of environmental awareness and commercial competitiveness.

A Mechanical Engineeing Graduate of Queens University, Daniel worked in the UK with FC Foreman and Partners and RW Gregory and Partners before returning to Ireland and Joining the Noel Lawler Team. Daniel has vast experience in Project Management across a broad spectrum of clients.

A Mechanical Engineering Graduate of UMIST, Jason trained with the PSA as a Design Engineer and Project Manager and worked with TBVConsult in a facilities management role. He joined NLCE in 1996 and focuses on the development of quality, low energy design solutions in the Hotel and Leisure and Swimming Pool sectors.

A mechanical Engineering Graduate of CIT, Jonathan has worked with the practice since 1994, with most of his attention being focused on fast track projects in the Commercial and Retail sectors

An Engineering Graduate of Carlow Regional Technical college, Brian has worked with the practice since 1989, Brian has established himself as the most experienced retail sector building services designer within the office.

A Mechanical Engineering Graduate of Limerick University, Raymond has worked in the practice since 2001, and has considerable experience in both Design and Project Management of commercial, industrial and retail projects.

A mechanical Engineering Graduate of DIT Bolton street, Denis worked with Don O’Malley and Partners for 3 years before joining the Practice 2005. Denis has been involved in the design and project management of numerous hotel, leisure and commercial projects. Denis has also been involved in numerous projects involving alternative energy systems, environmental simulations software and sustainability feasibility studies and grant applications.
