The proposed redevelopment is located at 23-37 Blagdon Road, immediately east of New Malden High Street, Kingston Upon Thames, KT3 4AH. This project consists of partial demolition of existing building to form a 10 storey building with retained retail (Class A1) and gymnasium (Class D2) and car parking. The redevelopment will include the erection of 91 no. residential dwellings (Class C3) with associated vehicular access, private and communal amenity space, public realm improvements, cycle parking and refuse storage. There shall also be provision of a temporary car park (150 spaces) on adjoining land during construction works. NLCE will provide MEP Auditing and Review Consulting services during the design and construction stages of the project.
