This project involved the provision of design, audit & compliance risk assessment services for Callis Yard. The new development is arranged over one tall block of Ground and 17 storeys, linked by a lower series of blocks that define the perimeter of the site. The blocks range in height from 3 to 11 storeys. The residential core is located across six buildings. The development will deliver 152 residential apartments comprising a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments, along with 97sqm of gym space for the residents and an indoor children’s play centre of 361sqm.
