 This project involved the provision of design, audit and compliance risk assessment services for Carolyn House.  This project consists of the refurbishment and conversion of a major mixed-use redevelopment, comprising of shell retail to the ground and part first floors and residential accommodation to the second to the sixteenth floors. Works also included a new rooftop extension comprising residential accommodation to the seventeenth to the twenty second floors and an outdoor access area on the twenty third floor and external works and services.  The development provided 183 apartments comprising of 79 1-bed, 103 2-bed and 1 3-bed apartments.
