London’s Kensington Palace Gardens is the most expensive address in the UK. This apartment complex is based very close to some of the UK’s wealthiest home owners. The entrance hall has a vibrant marble floor giving the apartment building a sophisticated look and the surrounding gardens bring an element of calm to what is a busy business area.
NLCE staff were commissioned to deliver the MEP services to these apartments. Incorporated was a technical heating system, taking into account the apartments, common areas and reception area. A similar ventilation system was implemented throughout the building to cater for individual apartment needs.
In terms of lighting, NLCE designed a lighting plan for the building which was aesthetically pleasing. These well lit spaces, combined with the white interior walls in most of the apartments created a bright and airy space for residents. Fire detection systems were also installed.
