NLCE committed a number of Mechanical and Electrical works to this Tommy Hilfiger store located in one of Ireland’s largest shopping centres. The two storey unit used a combination of ceiling hung and wall mounted lighting, while also including wiring for lighting within the panels of the stairs to the first floor.
This 140,000m2 shopping centre attracts 18 million visitors per year (almost 4x the population of Ireland) and is a main shopping attraction in the capital. Other works contributed to this job by NLCE were the installation of fire detection services and its connection to the shopping centres main fire safety systems. Also installed were security systems linked to the shopping centre. The store too has its own heating system, separate to that of the rest of the shopping centre in order to cater for the needs of its own staff and customers.
